For quick reference, here is the most common email details looked for:
IMAP host address: yourdomain.com
POP3 host address: yourdomain.com
SMTP host address: yourdomain.com
Username: The full email address, you are checking the email for, is the username.
Password: The one you specified when you added the email in your cPanel. You need to add an email in your cPanel before you can access it with IMAP, POP3, SMTP, or Webmail.
