If you no longer wish to use WordPress, you can remove it from your hosting account at any time.
Option 1: Remove WordPress Using Softaculous
If WordPress was installed through Softaculous:

Log in to your cPanel account.

Open Softaculous Apps Installer.

Click Installations.
-
Locate the WordPress installation you wish to remove.

Click the Remove (X) icon.
-
Select whether to remove:

Website files
-
Database
-
Database user
-
-
Confirm the removal.
Option 2: Remove WordPress Manually
If WordPress was installed manually:

Open File Manager in cPanel.
-
Navigate to your website directory, usually public_html.

Delete the WordPress files and folders.

Open MySQL Databases or phpMyAdmin.

Remove the WordPress database if it is no longer needed.
Before Removing WordPress
We strongly recommend:

Creating a full website backup

Exporting any important content

Downloading images and media files
-
Verifying that you no longer need the website or database
Reinstalling WordPress
If you decide to start over later, WordPress can be reinstalled in just a few minutes using Softaculous.
