Due to COVID-19, Web Host Pro has activated further procedures in efforts to protect the health and safety of our clients and employees.

Customer visits to the California Datacenters are now suspended. Suspension will take effect immediately, and will apply to the following locations:

  • Downtown Los Angeles, 530 W. 6th St, Los Angeles.
  • Century, Los Angeles, 6171 W. Century Blvd, Los Angeles.

California's governor issued a statewide 'stay at home' order, directing residents to leave their homes only when necessary during the coronavirus pandemic. 

Web Host Pro is running a seamless operation for ensuring all data centers and services remain fully operational during the Coronavirus pandemic. Our Datacenters are equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies to ensure business continuity. 

Web Host Pro has reduced the amount of technical support engineers that are on-site, and increased the off-site remote support to make sure your support tickets will be processed in a timely manner.  

If you are experiencing slower on-site support response, please understand that the team will prioritized requests based on their nature of urgency. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
