Billing receipts and invoices are available for download anytime, and if you need a custom statement for a specific date range, you can submit a ticket from your verified email. For account data or ownership verification, please submit a ticket from the verified email as well; in some cases, additional ID verification may be required to protect your account. All third-party requests, including legal or compliance matters, should be submitted through the contact form addressed to “Legal/Compliance” and must include a signed authorization from the account owner or a valid subpoena or court order. Third parties should not contact live support for account changes.
