All clients are subject to the following terms of service which ensure our responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available:

You agree to use all Web Host Pro services and facilities at your own risk. Web Host Pro specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Web Host Pro be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
1.2
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save, and hold Web Host Pro harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Web Host Pro, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Host Pro against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Web Host Pro's server.
1.3
Web Host Pro reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by the customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from Web Host Pro's server. Web Host Pro shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
1.4
Only one support ticket may be submitted to Web Host Pro for a single issue, this ensures efficient and effective resolutions. Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, will result in oldest ticket being removed. Additionally, any form of threats, abusive language, or hostile behavior towards our staff will result in the immediate termination of the ticket without response. Web Host Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate support services for users who violate this policy.
2.1
At this time we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually, depending upon the plan. If you are not satisfied within your first 45 days we would be happy to provide you with a full refund (For some special offers the money-back-guaranteed day will be varied; and cPanel licenses, search engine submission, advanced SSL certificates, Domain Name registration fee is nonrefundable). Any custom work that was done will deduct the $30 hourly admin fee from paid services and refund any leftover balance. If the custom services are more than the service to be refunded there will be no additional payment needed.
Free domain registration requires annual or longer payment plans and renews at the normal domain registration rate after a year.
If a chargeback is done on a payment made to Web Host Pro, you will get a request to reverse the chargeback. If the chargeback is not reversed within a reasonable amount of time. We will stop the account until the chargeback is reversed or indefinitely.
2.4
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. For web hosting plans we will not set up your account without payment (no trial periods). Clients are encouraged to pay by PayPal as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.

All Web Hosting, Reseller, and VPS plans include a full no questions asked 45-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason and cancel your account within 45 days of the activation, you will receive a full refund minus any additional / custom work, services, or custom set-up fees normally billed at $60 an hour. This includes the 3-hour labor fee if we installed cPanel totaling $180. If the labor fee exceeds the cost of the service then no additional fees past the plan will need to be paid. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services. Not included in the 45-day money-back guarantee are domain registration, web design, full dedicated servers, cPanel licenses, advanced backups, and anytime if we-installed services, App installer licenses like Softaculous, and any time if we installed it, SEO. No refunds are normally available after 45 days unless both parties are in agreement. Website transfers take a lot of time and work so we cannot issue a refund if a transfer was requested. SPAM free servers. We do not allow any mass mailing to unsolicited email recipients and will stop any service in case your account is proven to be using SPAM. We will also stop new signs once SPAM from a service has been confirmed. We do not allow what's called a "drop page" where SPAM e-mails direct their links to a web page on any service. In addition, we have installed anti-SPAM and Spam detecting software on all of our shared servers at the root level and on our routing filters for VPS and dedicated servers. Not only do we disagree with any use of SPAM, but our network providers will block IPs that have SPAM coming from them. This can leave a VPS or dedicated server unusable after multiple reports. All in all, please do not SPAM from your services at Web Host Pro, or serious issues will follow. 3.1
All web hosting and reseller accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. If you do not pay for the service renewal within 5 days after the due date, your account will be automatically suspended. VPS and Dedicated servers have custom situations depending on the agreement when signing up. By default, there is a 5-day no payment after the due date suspension for VPS. Dedicated servers do not have an auto suspension or termination. Everything for dedicated servers is done manually after direct communication.
3.2
If you do not pay for your service to renew within 20 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder every 5 days till deactivation. Please contact us if you need more time! Make sure and also back up your website, just in case you forget.
4.1
All services provided by Web Host Pro may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or construe violence, or material protected by trade secrets and another statute.
4.2
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web Host Pro and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
4.3
Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Illegal content or users are suspended from our network, usually within 48 hours after they are discovered, we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken to fix the issue. In some extreme cases, we will have to suspend the service right away.
4.4
Legal adult content is allowed on your website. We do not allow any content that can be interpreted or seen as under legal age (18) adult content. For example; targeting tobacco or sexualized content to children. If you are unsure if your content can be interpreted as underage targeted adult content, it's best to not use Web Host Pro as we will error on the side of protecting children.
4.5
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, the subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.
4.6
Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by the subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.
4.7
Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking, is not permitted on our network.
4.8
Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez, and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio, and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or if you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violations are not refunded under any circumstances.
4.9
Optimized Performance for Fast-Loading Websites
At Web Host Pro, we understand the importance of fast-loading websites for both site owners and visitors. A well-optimized site enhances user experience, improves search rankings, and ensures smooth server performance. To help maintain this, we ask that customers avoid excessive server resource usage—such as setting a cron job to run every minute or hosting excessively large pages that take too long to load. Optimizing images and scripts can also significantly improve site speed.
If a load issue arises, we’ll reach out to you with recommendations. Fortunately, such cases are rare and easy to resolve. Additionally, each hosting plan includes allocated server resources to ensure optimal performance:
Solo/Builder Plan – 10% of the server CPU and 4GB RAM
Pro Plan – 1 full CPU (2 cores) and 12GB RAM
Advanced Plan – Full server power
We provide local and remote backups; however, while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee their availability at all times. It's essential to maintain your own backups as well. VPS and dedicated server accounts do not include automatic backups, so we strongly recommend implementing a personal backup solution.
For sites that exceed resource limits, an upgrade to a higher plan may be required. If excessive usage continues over several months, any promotional pricing may be adjusted. WordPress sites experiencing performance issues may require optimization, and in some cases, our team may need to implement security and performance-enhancing plugins.
WordPress Install Limit per cPanel Account
To ensure optimal performance, we limit each cPanel account to a maximum of 8 WordPress installations. If you require additional installations, you’ll need a second cPanel account or a reseller plan, which allows each site to have its own dedicated resources. This policy helps prevent excessive load on shared hosting environments, ensuring stability for all users.

5.1
Web Host Pro shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from our servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
5.2
Furthermore, Web Host Pro shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any website from any of our servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
6.1
Web Host Pro cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits that a client would have gained if their site was functioning.
6.2
Certain services provided by Web Host Pro are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Web Host Pro are not directly owned or written by Web Host Pro. Moreover, Web Host Pro holds no responsibility for the use of our client's accounts.
6.3
If any terms or conditions fail to be followed, the account in question may be automatically deactivated.
6.4
Web Host Pro provides support based on the customer's active products and services, as well as adherence to appropriate communication standards. To ensure efficient service, customers should avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, using threatening language, or requesting support for services that do not include live or ticket-based assistance (e.g., domain registration and domain transfers). Repeated violations following prior warnings may result in fees or penalties being applied to the customer's account.
6.5
Web Host Pro retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimers without notification.
